Derek Ho
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer of Inceptive Solutions, Derek oversees the business strategy and operational leadership of the company. Derek brings more than six years of Executive Management experience in information technology, legal and small business solution industry to his role.
Prior to joining Inceptive Solutions in 2011, his executive career included serving as Vice President, Sales for Business Plans International, Vice President, Sales for PJ Legal Support and Founding Member for Higher Bracket Online Media Inc.
Kien Luu
Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Kien is responsible for end-to-end sales and developing market positions in the vertical markets. A start-up veteran, Kien has built his career in strategic sales roles at a number of emerging business solution companies.
Kien began his career with Inceptive Solutions as a Senior Business Consultant and worked with the sales team to deliver solutions around the needs of the business, as well as manage projects. In December 2011, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales, where he now oversees the management of client strategies, business goals and education while challenging his team to better understand and fulfill their customers’ needs. Prior to joining Inceptive Solutions, he was a senior consultant with one of the largest business plan writing firms in Canada.
Michelle Glass
Marketing Manager
Michelle’s background in creative advertising adds a unique flair to the Inceptive Solutions team. She combines big ideas with targeted strategy in order to achieve a dynamic harmony of brand success.
As the Inceptive Solutions Marketing Manager, Michelle draws on her experience working with multinational brands, Canadian companies, and small businesses. She has created a successful application for Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies and written a successful nomination for the Canadian Business Journal’s Company of the Year Award. Her work has been featured in trade publications, local newspapers, and in the digital arena of social media.
Michelle is both a private pilot and professional artist. She is passionate about working beyond limitations in a realm where anything is possible.
