Our co-op job shadowing and administration positions will help you learn, identify mentors and build your references. We look for co-op students in a variety of disciplines year-round and our program is managed through the co-op office on your campus.

Co-op Program

Inceptive Solutions co-op program gives you hands on experience and lets you apply classroom fundamentals to everyday business practices. Having office experience will give you a competitive edge when you enter the workforce and we offer competitive co-op salaries.

Summer Students

Each year we bring on enthusiastic summer students to assist our experienced staff. Co-op terms vary but end before you head back to school.

You may apply on our Careers page. Inceptive Solutions also starts recruiting students for co-op positions in January/February and continues throughout the year. The number of positions varies each semester.
